How do I get started?
In order to become a patient at CJST and enjoy the benefits of IDD, you will need a prescription for
Physical Therapy from your doctor.
Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will be evaluated by one of our therapists. He or she will
be able to pin point areas that need improvement and tailor a rehabilitation program specific to your
needs and goals. You will then be scheduled for 2 to 3 times per week, depending on your doctor's
orders and your therapist's professional judgement.

IDD Therapy
IDD Therapy is one of the latest technologies
on the market for the treatment of back pain.
It is a highly precise computer applied
regimen which uses treatment forces to
manipulate and mobilize specific spinal
segments. The unloading of the spine it
provides helps reduce pressure on affected
disks. There is also a spinal pumping effect
that brings healthy water, nutrients and
oxygen to injured areas. The oscillatory
forces delivered to surrounding muscle
tissue assists in decreasing spasms by
releasing and re-educating the muscle. The
entire treatment, from beginning to end is
virtually pain free. The table has a built in
massage feature that will further help relax
you.
