How do I get started with Physical/Occupational Therapy?
Your primary care physician or specialist can advise if you would be a good candidate for
therapy. Just ask at your next appointment. You will need a prescription for our services.

Will my insurance cover these services?
We are a provider for most major insurance companies. We verify all patients’ insurance to
see if they have physical and occupational therapy coverage. A simple phone call to your
insurance company can verify this and give you the percentage that they will cover.

How often do I have to come?
Depending on your diagnosis and your physician's prescription, 2 to 3 times per week for 4
to 6 weeks.

What can I expect to do in therapy?
You will be evaluated by one of our therapists and he or she will create a rehabilitation
program specific to your needs. You can expect to be instructed in a home exercise
program. You may also be doing stretching, strengthening and stabilizing activities, such as
exercises with weights, balls and dowels. You may be using our Medical Exercise
equipment or one of our traction tables.
